Allium christophii

Enormous flower heads of amethyst-pink florets with a unique metallic sheen are just too beautiful to be ignored. The 8-12" ball-shaped blooms sit atop strong, straight 20" stems that keep this ornamental upright and visible in borders, cutting gardens and butterfly beds.
