Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
